The Technical Services Laboratory at factory is specially set up to provide the customer services.

The Laboratory consists of four main sections to enable systematic functioning.

They are :

	Analytical Testing Cell
	Physical Testing Cell.
	Polymer Processing Cell that includes separate divisions for Rubber & Plastics.
	Polymer mixing Cell.

The Laboratory is equipped with the most modern processing and testing equipments and manned by a team of highly qualified personnel. It has testing equipments both for plastics and for rubber testing which include Rheometers, Viscometers, GPC, MFI, Tensile Impact Tester, Ozone Chambers etc. Processing equipment’s include Plastics and Rubber extruders, Internal mixer, Two roll mill , Vulcanizer , press , injection moulding machine etc.

Technical services laboratory has developed following new applications for rubber and plastic industry using HERLENE EPDM in the last two/three years.

Tyre flaps TPO for Automotive Mud flaps TPO for Electrical applications Food & Medical applications NBR/EPDM blend for selected Moulded applications. EPDM compound for very high hardness Moulded and Extruded products. EPDM for coated fabrics.
